卓政宏 董事長

台灣網路資訊中心

1982年畢業於國立臺灣大學資訊工程系，1990年於美國密西根大學(University of Michigan， Ann Arbor)取得電腦博士學位後即返國任教於臺灣科技大學。任教期間曾擔任台北市政府捷運工程局、恩主宮醫院、行天宮文教基金會、中華自來水服務社等單位之顧問，並於1998年在校內創立臺灣科技大學創業育成中心。 2000年辭去教職，創辦友邁科技股份有限公司，經營 Location Based Services，共獲得國內外約二十項專利，並於2008年獲Red Herring選為「全球百大創新企業」(Global 100)。2005年推出衛星地圖UrMap，為全國最主要的網路地圖服務。 目前除擔任友邁科技股份有限公司董事長之外，並兼任台灣糖業股份有限公司董事、台灣數位科技與政策協進會秘書長、臺灣大學資訊工程系兼任副教授、消費者文教基金會董事與網路消費協會理事長等職務。

Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson has nearly 30 years’ involvement with the Internet, including almost 20 years as the Director General of APNIC, the Regional Internet address Registry for the Asia Pacific. In this role, he has led APNIC’s development as a provider of critical Internet services and as a key contributor to Internet growth and development throughout the Asia Pacific. Mr Wilson has worked as an expert and leader across the full range of communities and organisations involved in Internet development, including ISPs and network operators, non-profit organisations, governments and governmental agencies; and with many key organisations including RIRs, IETF, ICANN, ISOC, APEC-TEL, ITU and others.

Zen Chuan Ng

Zen Ng is an Internet Resource Analyst in APNIC’s Member Services Team. With his specialized knowledge of APNIC policies and Internet resource management, Zen plays an important role in advising and assisting APNIC Members with their membership and Internet number resource queries. Zen also represents the Members Service Team at many community events to liaise with the Asia Pacific Internet community.

Dr. Tomohiro Fujisaki has been conducting research on IPv6 since 1997 at NTT Laboratories and his current research subject is next generation Internet architecture. He has also been involved in promotion and deployment of IPv6 in Japan as a acting chair of the the IPv6 deployment committee in the Internet Association Japan, a co-chair of IPv4/IPv6 co-existence working group in the IPv6 promotion council in Japan, as well as supporting implementation of IPv6 services in his company.

In addition to those IPv6 related activities, he has also been involved in policy development and coordination activities and have served for the Internet community. He has been leading policy discussions in Japan as a chair of the Japan Open Policy Forum from 2005 until 2012. From 2013, he has served as a JPNIC board member in charge of IP policies. He has proposed several address policies in the APNIC Conferences, some of which has been adopted in the APNIC region.

Tonie Wong 王承英

Tonie Wong works for Akamai Technologies (World’s largest CDN service provider) as a Network Support Consultant looking after Greater China and South-East Asia regions.

One of his main duty is to provide technical support to Akamai partnered ISPs, he is also responsible for interconnection, IX peering, and related capacity planning to these ISPs.

Tonie has 9+ years of exposure to telecommunication and IP related services like IP Transit & MPLS VPN, participated various roles in the services including network optimization, capacity planning, service provisioning and troubleshooting.

Before joining Akamai, Tonie was working at China Telecom Global Limited as a Senior IP Network Engineer based in Hong Kong.

Anurag Bhatia

Anurag works at Hurricane Electric - a global IP transit provider known for it’s massive peering. Anurag has experience in BGP routing and has presented his research work at regional NOGs on Global routing, DNS, Internet Exchange, IPv6 etc. He is also one of APNIC’s Community Trainers and was one of instructors on APNIC-TWNIC IPv6 routing workshop which concluded earlier this month.
